These dates puzzled me?

Few days ago when I saw this video, suddenly, one question came to mind. How come the explosion of Apollo 1, the Challenger and Columbia accidents were all happened at the small window at the end of January up to February 1? Now, Sea Launch Rocket exploded around this time of year too. Was that simply a coincidence or was there any correlation between the weather with the accidents? I don’t know the answer.
Grissom, White and Chaffee of Apollo 1 are heroes in my hometown. Two of my children went to Chaffee Elementary School, and all four of them graduated from Grissom High School. There is another school in town that was named after Lt. Col. Edward H. White. This morning I spent time visiting NASA site and watching the Day of Rememberance page honoring all these fallen heroes from Apollo 1 up to Columbia. They are my heroes too.
