I’m not promoting it, I’m just trying to get rid of all the medications that always cause some side effects and I’m sicked and tired about that. I’m still working with my doctor and I’m going to get my blood pressure check in my doctor’s office this Wednesday. Beside that I’m taking a lot of health supplements that promotes the lowering of blood pressure and I’m going to see a Chinese Medical Doctor tomorrow to get another acupuncture to balance my system.
This is my disclaimer and you should not discard your blood pressure pills without any consultation with your doctor. I’m not a medical professional and I’m doing this at my own calculated risk. This is my journal on my fight against high blood pressure medications.
I have a reasons for that. For example in this article talking about lowering the blood pressure without pills, it listed the following:
- Exercise regularly
- If you’re over weight, lose weight
- Eat healthy diet
- Limit your salt usage
- Drink alcohol moderately if at all
Well, out of the 5, I only guilty for the first one. I don’t exercise regularly. Thus, as long as I could add exercise to my daily routine, it would be pretty easier for me to do.
I’m going to monitor my blood pressure daily and I’m going to write my progress report here. Again, please don’t do it without consulting your doctor.
