Over the past few years, I have been a loyal visitor to richdad.com forum and got acquainted with many great real-estate investors there. Yes, I posted a lot of questions there and some of them were so stupid that I’ve never revealed my true identity even until now. 
However, through what I’ve learned there, I have made a little money to move from NO PORTFOLIO on real-estate 3 years ago to own a 4-plex apartments using No Money Down technique. Basically I have learned the No Money down method there as well as other books and training materials I bought or downloaded from the Internet. Two month ago, again, with the help of the great investors there, I learned and then exchanged my 4-plex apartments into an 8-plex. That’s why if you’re thinking of trying your luck in real-estate investing, I highly recommend the richdad.com forum as well as the creonline.com.
When I leaned about Richdad get together info from richdad forum, I have already made a commitment to go to Miami. That’s why I couldn’t go to Richdad gathering even though I have been thinking of meeting face-to-face with the seasoned investors that have been great mentors to me in the past few years. Fortunately, my cyber friend Kenric has posted an entry on Richdad MeetingWeekend and I could not wait for his next few postings.

I would love to start investing in real estate. I think this year I will make the move.
I think it’s a good move. As long as you put your time to work on it sooner or later you will be succeed.
Of course there are a lot of hassles on your way, but where else wouldn’t you find any problem? Good luck.
One thing I didn’t mention is that I (as well as many others) got to see Saturn thru a telescope. That was a major bonus this weekend.
We went to a resort to hang out and they had a telescope set up pointing at Saturn and a person who could explain and name almost every star in the sky!
