I met my acupuncturist this morning

I went to see my acupuncturist, Dr. Alexander Ly this morning. He looked at my tongue and my eyes and said, “your pressure is still a bit high.” He then told me that he would give me a treatment to increase the balance of my inner system. For me as long as it didn’t ask me to go back to take all the HBP medications I didn’t mind to try.
When I went back to my office we had a farewall party for a colleague and I went to the restaurant with them. I only ate salads and asked the server to not adding the cheese. It wasn’t salty so I thought it should be okay.
Tomorrow I’m going to get my BP check by the nurse in my doctor’s office. I can’t wait to hear the result.
