Dr. Rosenfeld on Resveratrol and Diabetes

While watching the Sunday Housecall on Foxnews this morning, I saw Dr. Rosenfeld explained the benefits of Resveratrol, particularly in reducing the complication of Diabetics. However, when Dr. Rosenfeld mentioned that he had no connection to any product he mentioned in the show, I thought it would be fair to my readers if I let them know my affiliation with Market America as an independent distributor.

I sincerely believe in the integrity and the effectiveness of Market America dietary supplements and I’ve enjoyed the benefits as I’ve mentioned repeatedly in this blog. That’s why it should not be any surprise, if I’d preferred Market America Isotonic products than other companies’ products, even the one mentioned in Dr. Rosenfeld’s video. For example, you may watch the product demo video on Isotonic Resveratrol here in Market America Resveratrol site, by clicking the View Product Demo button (if it’s not appeared below).

After watching this 2:11 minutes video, you may also check the FAQ and other info there. Then you may listen to the opinion of Dr. Rosenfeld on Resveratrol in the 1:36 minutes video below.

I hope you enjoy the videos and with all these information, and now you know what to ask your doctor about Resveratrol. According to Dr. Rosenfeld, not only Diebetics but everybody (which means you and I  ) should take Resveratrol.

Last but not least, thanks to Foxnews that has made the sharing of this video possible.

Thank you for the video clip and info about the grape’s skin. Grape has been my favorite fruit for snacking and I wonder if I can stay young because of it now ha ha ha ha

Thanks for your comment CaptainB. You must had consumed tons of grapes since they said to gain the same result people need to consume 1000 bottles of redwine.

BTW, I received many complaints that the videos in this site could not be accessed. I also just found that the MA video on Resveratrol sometime would not show up in the page if I use Mozilla Fairfox, but it works okay in Internet Explorer and Netscape 8.1.2. I don’t know why but after I brought up the Netscape and went back to check the Fairfox browser, the video finally showed up. Any pointer on why this happens would be appreciated.

My friend Betty told me that it would be better if the title used Diebetes instead of Diebetic and I’ve corrected it.

I thought Dr. Rosenfeld said something about a “sleeve” which could be inserted non-surgically through the duodenum, which would have the same effect as gastric-bypass surgery. Did I not hear correctly? My doctor knows nothing of it and I’m very interested. Please inform me.

I am sorry, but i feel consumers should know that Resveratrol is not all that! I have been taking it (I had cancer) and I don’t feel any better, actually, I feel a bit worse…PLEASE do not get scammed by these people that sell this product! It is not worth it! If you want grape seed, etc., just buy a bottle of dark, red wine, and save yourself some money. I am VERY disappointed and have tried to complain to the company itself and of course, they never responded.

    Marybeth,

I respect your opinion, and I let it be posted here. However, as far as I know, Dr. Rosenfeld is a respected authority in the medical field and that was the reason I posted his video here together with Market America video. Again, this is for information sharing purpose only and it is always a good practice to check with your doctor before taking any supplements.

I don’t know where did you get your Resveratrol. For Market America Isotonic Resveratrol, as you can find from the FAQ section here,
    there are these warnings:

I am currently taking medication to manage my cholesterol. Can I still take Resveratrol?

There are no documented interactions with cholesterol medication and any of the ingredients in Resveratrol. However, before taking any natural supplement, you should consult your physician.

    Who should take this product?

Clinical studies have shown that resveratrol extract may be helpful in promoting apoptosis (programmed cell death) in unhealthy cells, supporting normal cell cycle activity, promoting the normal activity of the SIRT-1 gene, thereby supporting overall cellular health. If you are interested in promoting cellular health and maintaining good cardiovascular health, than Isotonix Resveratrol is perfect for you.*

Can men and women take this product?
Yes. However, women with a history of estrogen-sensitive cancers (breast, ovarian, uterine) should not take this product. Women who are pregnant or nursing should not take this product.*
