Could Google survive this lawsuit?

I was checking my emails when I came across the one from ZDNet. I went to check this posting: “YouTube’s end games nears“ then pondering, what would be the impact to thousands of blogers displaying YouTube videos on their sites?
Of course the first thing I did as usual was to check my favorite evil site, John Chow dot com and also his disciple-cum-teacher site at Samanathon.com. Haha, it turned out that I was late and John has posted his version even though he didn’t have the answer on what’s going to happen, and posted a rethoric question, “I wonder how Google will respond.“ For the time being, I think we could just wait and see what is going to happen, unless someone in John Chow community for example has a crystall ball that will tell us what’s should we expect since these, these and that are going to happen.
I love YouTube since I could get a lot of videos there, but I just wonder, could Google survive this lawsuit?

“his disciple-cum-teacher site” HA! That’s funny!! I wonder if John would fine that flattering?
I thought this was funny too and the idea to tease John came after I saw you described about John was using your idea in the post on the contest to win the Nintendo wii: “Also, I think it’s hilarious that John is using my idea for Google Bombing himself!!! That and my Clan of Evil idea are really sticking!”
I think John is humorous enough to look at the funny side of this post. After all he is the leader of the evil clan.
